is payable by paypal or euro bank draft. Do not post foreign cheques due to
high bank charges. Paying rent by cash is preferred. Payment

are provided to prepare your own meals.
A Seating area is provided to watch television.
Bedrooms are provided for sleeping and studying.
A shower and toilet are also provided.
Q 3. Do I need to take out insurance? A 3. This is up to your-self, but insurance is not covered in the price.To date nobody has suffered any loss on these premises. This Foxhill House is a nice place to stay. Q 4. Who will I be sharing with? A 4. There are no criteria limiting who can apply for rooms.However, if you have preferences, please make them known at the time of application.Normally there are, a mixture of both male and female, and of various nationalities. We try not to put too many of any one nationality together in order to encourage the various nationalities to experience one another. Q 5. Can I move into the accommodation with my partner? A 5. We can facilitate this requirement. Availability is limited.Please specify at the time of application.If a single room is booked, its use is only for a single person and this agreement does not cover the overnight stay of additional friends or guests. Q 6. Can I bring my pet? A 6. Only if he / she can speak some English. Q 7. Can I bring my car? A 7. Yes. Great parking. The best is the plentiful secure free parking facilities. Q 9. Can I bring my computer? A 9. Yes.Bring all the necessary parts, leads and extension cables.It is held on the premises at your own risk. As mentioned in answer 3 above, we have had no problem with insurance as of yet.Q 10. Is Internet access provided? A 10. Yes, Adsl Broadband internet 24/7 is included in the rent. Supply your own computer. Current connection uptime is at 98%. This service is provided free, so if you do not wish to use it as much as other students there is no reduction for non use. Q 11. Is smoking allowed? A 11. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Q 12. What bedclothes should I bring? A 12. The bed (standard single) measures 915mm x 1830mm (3 foot by 6 foot).You will need an under sheet, fitted mattress sheet, 1 or 2 pillows, 1 or 2 pillow covers, a quilt and a quilt cover. Q 13. What other items should I bring? A 13. A towel and all personal hygiene items.All of your clothing.Alarm clock.Radio with headphones.Photographs of family and friends, to make your accommodation more homely.Q 14. Is there a telephone? A 14. No. There is no fixed line.Most tenants have or hire a mobile phone.

Q 18. Are the rooms en suite? A 18. The shower and toilet area are shared between four rooms. Q 19. What bedding is provided? A 19. There is a single bed and mattress provided measuring 915mm x 1830mm (3 foot by 6 foot). You provide mattress covers, quilt and pillow. Q 20. I want to arrive a few days early, can I move into the accommodation? A 20. If the room is empty, you are welcome to move in, but you will have to pay for the extra days. Q 21. Can I send some luggage in advance?
A 21. Yes.We will store it for you. You may ship your luggage
to our

a room in advance of paying fees?
A 22. Yes, but you will have
one week to forward a 25% deposit to ensure continued reservation. You should
post your cheque to the address at the top of the page.
You may send your deposit by paypal or bank draft but not a personal cheque.
Q 23. Are there any eligibility criteria? A 23. Yes.We do not accept drug-addicts, alcoholics, ex-convicts, etc… We reserve the right of admittance. Q 24. How many people will I be sharing with? A 24. You will be sharing with four other people. Can be mixture of Irish students, German, French, Spanish, Austrian, USian, and other origins and destinations. Q 25. The weather in Ireland is very changeable but not extreme. Some rain can be expected most days. Some visitors say that we get the four seasons in one day. Clothing for warmth and rain are advisable. bedroom?
A 27. The furniture consists
of a single bed 3 foot x 6 foot (915mm x 1830mm). A study table and chair
for peaceful study. A bookshelf. A wardrobe and a bedside locker. Heating
is by electric storage heater, 2.2kW, the cost of which is fully covered by
the rent, and better still you control the heat. The warmth is an outstanding
plus for this accommodation. The size of the room is approximately 2404mm
x 3606mm (12 feet x 8 feet).
